The Executive Committee supports FL-RDA membership and connections with institutions and partner organizations. The Committee leads member meetings, establishes special initiatives, manages the Bylaws and oversees the activities of other FL-RDA committees.

Planning / Outreach

The Planning / Outreach Committee coordinates FL-RDA programs and events, in particular the annual conference and monthly member meetings. The Committee is responsible for organizing program content and format, participation, presenters, registration, collection of funds, and other logistics.

The Interdisciplinary Collaboration Committee develops initiatives and events such as COLLABORATE FL-RDA to promote interactive teaming of researchers at member institutions in support of innovative and interdisciplinary collaborative research. Resources / Communications

The Resources / Communications Committee oversees FL-RDA member information access and distribution. Activities include supporting the FL-RDA website and brochures, stored resources, member listserv, and social media.

Membership

The Membership Committee supports recruitment, onboarding, and retention of members and affiliates. Activities include identifying and reaching out to potential new members, tracking attendance, maintaining connections with member institutions, receiving new membership forms, and keeping the member directory up to date.
