Planning & Outreach Committee
The committee coordinates FL-RDA programs and events, in particular the annual conference and monthly member meetings. The committee is responsible for organizing program content and format, participation, presenters, registration, collection of funds, and other logistics.

Communications & Networking Committee
The committee leads recruitment, onboarding, and retention of membership, while supporting information access and distribution. Areas of sup include the member listserv, directory, stored resources, and FL-RDA LinkedIn.

Mentoring Committee
The FL-RDA Mentoring Committee oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of the annual FL-RDA Mentoring Program. The program connects members across Florida in structured mentor-mentee relationships to support professional growth, knowledge exchange, leadership development, and statewide collaboration. The committee is responsible for program communication, participant recruitment, mentor/mentee matching, program launch, monitoring progress, and collecting assessment data to improve future cohorts.
