This theme speaks to many aspects of our roles as Research Development and Research Administration professionals as well as the work of the Florida Alliance. Sessions will be focused on the following tracks: Individual Professional Development, Organizational Growth (RD Offices), Growing FL-RDA, and Special Topics.
